Return and Refund
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Please make sure the items are in new condition. Products can be returned or exchanged in new condition within 7 days of delivery; overdue requests may not be accepted.
- You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you. If not, you can certainly come to us within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- Any address on the parcel is not approved return address,and we don’t accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.
- We do not accept packages returned without return label issued by rubiyas.com or any representatives of rubiyas.com.
- Please return through your item through Canada Post. No other postal services are covered.
- Please do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. we will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through our contact form.
- Upon receiving returned items, a representative of our sales team will make sure if the returned item satisfies all return policies stated above.
- We will issue a credit slip of the amount you spent for it. This will include the prices of the product and taxes. In some cases, we do offer shipping cost (if there is any) return to customer only if rubiyas.com has provided a wrong size/colored dress or product quality is unacceptable. See more on FAQ.
- Credit slip has no expiry date; you can use this credit slip at your convenience.
